AssetTrain does not promote or facilitate the sale of crypto-assets or currencies to UK consumers. Our operational focus remains exclusively on digital asset infrastructure and real-world asset tokenization.

We collaborate with Venly NV for blockchain-based Web3 services and Stripe as our regulated Payment Service Provider for fiat-to-crypto and NFT purchases. Stripe operates under a valid U.S. Payment Services License.


While AssetTrain is not directly regulated under MiCA, FCA or any other Regulatory as we operate under a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) framework, leveraging shared APIs and compliance infrastructure from regulated partners to ensure operational transparency, data protection, and regulatory alignme.
